Judge Karahan Attends the 2017 National Association of Drug Court Professionals Conference
Judge Karahan participated in the NADCP 2017 Annual Conference in Washington, DC. Judge Karahan presides over a specialty court for DWI second offenders called SOBER Court, a model which he helped initiate in Harris Country in 2008.
