Judge Karahan was honored to sing the National Anthem at the Cultural Center of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office opening of the traveling exhibit: Immigrants Building America.  Judge Karahan joined other Houston leaders in celebrating the contributions of Chinese-Americans to the shaping of American life.
