Judge Karahan enjoyed an energetic group at the NHPO 15th Annual Membership Drive at the Downtown Aquarium. Mayor Sylvester Turner delivered brief remarks, new officers were sworn in, and Judge Karahan was introduced along with other attending elected officials. Congratulations NHPO!
