Judge Karahan Judges the CACA Miss Chinatown Scholarship Pageant
Judge Karahan was delighted to perform new judging duties, as a member of the 5 judge panel to select the 2018 Houston Miss Chinatown winner. Miss Cinatown is sponsored by the Chinese American Citizens Alliance.
